Eleutherococcus and Lipidium meyenii (maca) are known for their tonic effects.

Tit. 0.5% betasitosterols (Lepidium Meyenii Walp., root), fenugreek e.s. (Trigonella foenum-graecum L., seed); acidity corrector: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; vitamin C (sodium ascorbate), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate), magnesium gluconate, potassium gluconate, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
