Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is achieved with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.
Valerian and escolzia promote relaxation and sleep in case of stress.
Hawthorn promotes relaxation and mental well-being.

Tit. 0.2% protopin, hawthorn [Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC., flowers and leaves] e.s. Tit. 3% vitexin, cover [coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; dyes: calcium carbonate, dyes: bright blue FCF (aluminium lacquer), cochineal; anti-caking agent: talc, stabilizer: glycerol]; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.
