Grazie alla presenza di attivi mirati garantisce non solo una colorazione alto-performante del capello, ma allo stesso tempo ne protegge la struttura, lasciandolo, dopo ogni applicazione, lucente, nutrito e ristrutturato. La crema colorante è infatti arricchita con Proteine idrolizzate da riso, fitosteroli da brassica campestris e glicole decilenico. È una tintura domiciliare ad alto profilo di tollerabilità, ideale per coprire i capelli bianchi, modificare oppure ravvivare il proprio colore naturale di capelli. Proteine idrolizzate da Riso Costituite da peptidi a basso peso molecolare, svolgono un’azione filmogena sulla cuticola del capello ad effetto protettivo, idratante e restitutivo. Fitosteroli da Brassica campestris Sostanze di natura lipidica, strutturalmente simili al colesterolo, sono ingredienti speciali con attività antiossidante. Impiegati nelle tinture per capelli, mitigano l’azione aggressiva dell’ambiente basico ossidante, riducendo il danno alla cuticola. Glicole decilenico Ingrediente multifunzionale, oltre al potere idratante, facilita il risciacquo della miscela colorante e consente una più efficiente rimozione degli intermedi non reagiti. Disponibile in varie colorazioni:Biondo chiaro 8.3, biondo scuro rame 6.34, biondo ramato 7.4, biomdo dorato 7.3, biondo chiarissimo 9, biondo chiaro 8, biondo 7, biondo scuro 6, castano chiaro 5, castano 4, castano scuro 3, castano chiaro ramato 5.4, castano dorato 4.3, castano mogano 4.5, nero 1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 7.1. Deadline for Withdrawal The Consumer has a period of fourteen days to withdraw from the contract without having to give any reason. Effective date The aforementioned term starts: a) in the event that a service is offered from the day of conclusion of the contract b) in the case of sale of a product, from the day on which the Consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Consumer, acquires physical possession of the good or: - in the case of multiple goods ordered by the Consumer through a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which the Consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Consumer, acquires physical possession of the last good; - in the case of delivery of a good made up of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which the Consumer o a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Consumer, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece; - in the case of contracts for the periodic delivery of goods during a certain period of time, from the day on which the Consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by Consumer, acquires physical possession of the first good.
7.3. Duties of the pharmacy The pharmacy, following the withdrawal of the consumer: - communicates without delay to the Consumer a confirmation of receipt, on a durable medium, of the Withdrawal exercised; - reimburses the same all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day of communication of the Right of Withdrawal. - the pharmacy reimburses using the same means of payment used by the Consumer, unless otherwise agreed after payment. 7.4. Obligations on the part of the Consumer The shipping costs for returning the products received are borne by the Consumer and must be sent to the Dr. Paolo Congedo Pharmacy located in Via Posillipo, 323 - 80123 Naples (NA) within fourteen days from the date on which he communicated to the pharmacy his decision to withdraw from the contract (the deadline is met if the Consumer sends back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired). 7.5. The substantial integrity of the goods is an essential condition for exercising the Right of Withdrawal. If the original package and/or packaging are damaged, Farmacia Congedo Dr. Paolo will deduct a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding 10% of the same, as a contribution towards the costs of restoration. 7.6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal – products for which the application of the Right of Withdrawal is excluded The right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised: a) in case of purchase of medicines and medical devices; b) in case of purchase of food, drinks and other goods intended for current consumption; c) in the case of purchases of less than 50 euros (unless the global consideration that the Consumer must pay regardless of the amount of the individual contracts exceeds 50 euros); d) in the case of a contract concerning a service after the complete provision of the service if the execution of the contract began with the express agreement of the Consumer; e) in case of supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized; f) in case of supply of goods which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly; g) in the case of supply of sealed goods which do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery; h) in case of supply of goods which after delivery are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods.
