Description Multivitamin and multimineral food supplement.
Property Vitamin A: It is a great treatment for visual disturbances, promotes bone growth, protects and keeps the skin healthy.
Vitamin C: is one of the most important vitamins, its spectrum of action is very wide. Among the most important effects: it is active in the production of antibodies, increasing the body's resistance; is an excellent antioxidant (fights free radicals); enters the energy production processes; promotes the absorption of iron and other minerals (zinc, calcium, magnesium, etc.).
Thiamine (Vitamin B1): it has the property to influence the nervous system and to participate in the process that allows the body to convert glucose into energy.
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): Like vitamin B1, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) has a fundamental role in the synthesis of all energy processes. Its peculiarity is therefore to release to the body the right energy for carrying out regular daily activities.
Niacin (Vitamin PP or B3): contributes to the correct energy metabolism of our body, carrying out an effective toning action that removes the sensations of fatigue and deep tiredness. Participates in the normal performance of all activities of the nervous system and psychological functions.
Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5): it is the precursor of coenzyme A, essential for the synthesis of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Vitamin B5 promotes growth and development and promotes the energy utilization of food. Associated with the other B complex vitamins has positive effects on the immune system.
Vitamin B6: optimizes the functions of the nervous system. Protection of the myelin sheaths of the nervous system.
Folic acid (Vitamin B9): activation of enzyme processes for the production of energy and for the detoxification of aerobic effort fatigue.
Vitamin B12: is a fundamental vitamin in the formation processes of red blood cells and for the cells of the nervous system. Together with folic acid, another vitamin of group B, assists the synthesis of DNA.
Biotin (Vitamin B8): cooperates in the formation of fatty acids and facilitates the metabolism of amino acids and carbohydrates. It also promotes regular functions of nerve tissue, bone marrow, red blood cells, sweat glands, skin and hair. In particular, it prevents the onset of dermatological diseases and, when present, facilitates their healing (eczema, dermatitis).
Vitamin D: Its main role is to help calcium set in the bones. Recently several studies have also shown how this vitamin is able to act in other districts such as muscles, eyes, heart, lungs and on cell proliferation, as its receptor is present everywhere in our body. A person with a low level of vitamin D is more vulnerable to colds, flu, and other respiratory infections.
Vitamin E: it performs many important functions within our body, strengthens the immune defenses. It prevents cognitive decline and fights problems affecting the cardiovascular system.
Vitamin K: intervenes in numerous functions, from bone protection to prevention against calcification of the arteries, blood clotting.
Magnesium: indispensable for the functionality of skeletal muscle, for energy metabolism.
Zinc: promotes cell renewal and immunomodulation.
Manganese: favors the production of energy. Selenium protects all cells, red blood cells and cell membranes from free radicals.
Copper: despite being present in very limited quantities in the body (50 to 120 mg), copper is an essential trace element for the human species. In the various tissues it acts mainly as a cofactor of numerous enzymes, in turn involved in various physiological functions.
Chromium favors energy production from carbohydrates.
Iron: Relevant amount of high bioavailability iron for optimal oxygen fixation in the blood. Iodine deficiency decreases thyroid function and in adulthood is also responsible for symptoms such as listlessness, chronic fatigue and early baldness.
Boron: increases the ability of calcium fixation to the bones.
PABA: amino acid determinant for protein metabolism and promotes the effectiveness of pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5).
Indications of use: provide the vitamins and minerals in the specific dosages for those who practice fitness activities.
