The particles of solution of magnitude between 10-20 microns allow the treatment of the upper airways reaching the nasopharynx, the first step for pathologies of the upper airways and site of formation of bacterial biofilms.\u003cbr\u003e The conical shape of the nebulizer, made with soft and non-porous material, allows the tightness on the nostril, adapting ergonomically to both adults and children.  The agocannula allows you to take solutions containing drugs for aerosol use from any type of vial. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eHow to use\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e 1.  Hook the needle to the syringe.\u003cbr\u003e 2.  Open the vial of solution and suck its contents through the agocannula.\u003cbr\u003e 3.  Replace the agocannula with the nebulizer.\u003cbr\u003e 4.  Place the nebulizer in the nostril and push the syringe piston for mist.  Repeat the operations also for the other nostril, trying to divide the solution contained in the syringe equally between the two nostrils.\u003cbr\u003e 5.  In older children and adults, hold the torso in an upright position, with the head tilted slightly to one side and insert the nebulizer into the nostril.\u003cbr\u003e 6.  In infants and young children (under 3 years of age) it is necessary to carry out the operation in a position lying on its side, holding the head reclined on one side and inserting the nebulizer gently into the upper nostril. \u003cbr\u003e CLEANING\u003cbr\u003e The medical device Sobrefluid RINONEB is indicated for use by only one patient, but can be used multiple times.  For this reason it is very important to clean carefully after each use, in order to ensure its durability and proper functioning. \u003cbr\u003e At the end of each use:\u003cbr\u003e 1. Clean the nebulizer with warm running water and possible addition of neutral soap.  Before storing it in the package, thoroughly dry the device with a soft cloth; \u003cbr\u003e 2. Wash the syringe under running water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth;\u003cbr\u003e 3. Rinse the agocannula both internally and externally with running water, dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth externally and wait for it to dry in-house.
