The tTG binds this complex to the static protein line (test line) and produces a visible reddish line.  The test also includes a control system consisting of a reference line.\u003cbr\u003e The test result must be confirmed by a doctor who can discuss with the patient the possibility of a gluten-free diet.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eHow to use\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Before starting the test, bring the cassette and the sample dilution pad to room temperature (15 \u0026deg;C to 27 \u0026deg;C).  Open the container with the sample dilution pad by removing the lid and place it vertically on the table.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e Unscrew the gray cap of the automatic lancing finger by turning it until it loosens.  Then, rotate it at least two more times.  Only at this point it is possible to remove it, otherwise operation is not guaranteed.  The lancing finger can only be used once.  Press the lancing finger with the round opening against the side of the clean fingertip and push the trigger.\u003cbr\u003e Open the plastic container and carefully remove the glass capillary tube.  Squeeze a drop of blood from your fingertip.  Hold the glass capillary tube horizontally in the blood drop until the capillary tube is completely filled.  Use the supplied patch as needed.\u003cbr\u003e Place the filled glass capillary tube into the container with the sample dilution pad and close tightly with the lid.  Shake the container a few times until the blood of the capillary tube is completely mixed with the solution.  Before removing the lid from the container, wait until the liquid has collected at the bottom of the container.  At this point, open the lid of the container.\u003cbr\u003e Open the aluminum bag of the cassette only shortly before use.  Pull out the test box and place it on a flat surface.  With the pipette, take a few drops of the diluted sample.  Hold the pipette with the diluted sample vertically on the sample well (S) and pour exactly 5 drops into it.  Make sure that no liquid is poured on the results window, marked by T and C. After applying the drops, do not touch or move the test box.\u003cbr\u003e Once the 5 drops are added, read the result after 10-15 minutes.  It is possible that no low values are detected before 10 minutes have passed and false positive results occur after more than 15 minutes.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e \u003cu\u003eInterpretation of results\u003c\/u\u003e\u003cbr\u003e POSITIVE: A light or dark red line appears at the control line (C) and a light or dark red line at the test line (T).\u003cbr\u003e The test shows that IgA antibodies associated with gluten intolerance were detected in the blood sample.  The detection of these antibodies most likely indicates the presence of a gluten intolerance.  For a definitive diagnosis, consult your doctor.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e NEGATIVE: A light to dark red line appears at the control line (C) and no red line appears at the test line (T).\u003cbr\u003e The test shows that IgA antibodies indicating a gluten intolerance are not detectable in the blood sample.  It is therefore almost possible to exclude the presence of gluten intolerance.  In case of gastrointestinal disorders or other symptoms, an additional diagnostic study by the doctor is necessary.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e NOT VALID: No red line appears at the control line (C) or only a red line appears at the test line (T).\u003cbr\u003e The test was not performed correctly and is invalid.  Verify that you have exactly followed all the points in the instructions for use.  Perform a new test with a new blood sample.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eWarnings\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e The test is intended for external use only.\u003cbr\u003e Do not ingest the test components.
